THE VISION

Both the Killian Family and RCG hope to transform an underutilized seven-acre site just 1/2 mile from downtown Asheville into a vibrant, public facing, neighborhood destination. At the heart of the plan is a commitment to walkability, open space, and new housing and business opportunities for Asheville's diverse and growing population.

The site is woven together by a network of pathways, gardens, groves of existing mature trees and new, flexible landscape features. The intent is to allow the neighborhood to come to and experience the site.
